Rutherford County Schools Preschool Now Enrolling!
Applications accepted Year Round!

Who is Eligible?

NC Pre-K (4-Year Olds)
Children must be 4 years old on or before August 31, 2026 and meet NC Pre-K eligibility requirements.
Preschool (3 and 4-year Olds)
Children rust be 3 or 4 years old on or before August 31, 2026 and meet Head Start eligibility guidelines.
Early Head Start (0-36 Months)
Quality early learning for children 6 weeks - 3 years old at Carver Center.

Kindergarten Readiness
Social and Emotional Development
Healthy Meals and Snacks
Health and Developmental Screenings
Family Support Services
Safe, Nurturing Learning Environments
