The mission of Forest City Housing Authority (FCHA) is to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity, and a suitable living environment free from discrimination. We intend to provide an improved living environment by implementing measures to de-concentrate poverty by bringing higher-income public housing households into lower-income developments and by implementing public housing security improvements.
